Forklift Operator Foreman - 2nd Shift

Location: Forks of the River | Type: Full-Time | Shift: 2nd Shift

Are you a certified forklift operator with strong leadership skills and a hands-on attitude? We're looking for a Forklift Operator Foreman who can lead by example, support their team, and keep operations running smoothly and safely.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of forklift operators and warehouse staff

- Foster a positive, productive work environment through clear communication and leadership

- Operate forklifts to assist with loading/unloading trucks and placing materials in staging areas

- Assist with unloading and restocking returned merchandise

- Organize and secure the yard/warehouse for safety and efficiency

- Maintain housekeeping standards in the yard and warehouse

- Complete forklift pre-operation checklists

- Support the Location Manager and lead other 2nd shift employees

- Read orders, write instructions, complete forms, and perform basic math

- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

- Use safe lifting techniques and handle materials/products knowledgeably

- Lift 50-100 pounds repeatedly

- Bring a great attitude and a strong teamwork mentality every day

What You'll Need:

- Valid forklift certification and experience

- Proven leadership or supervisory experience

- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety standards

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
