2nd Shift Forklift Operator

Southwark Metal Manufacturing Company is hiring Forklift Operators for our facility in Fremont, NE. Openings are available second shift. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Pay: Starting at $17/hr with a $1 shift differential for second shift. Guaranteed raises at 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months of employment.

- Second Shift Hours: 4P-2:30A Monday-Thursday

What you’ll be doing:

- Pulling, staging, and loading customer orders.

- Insuring integrity of outbound loads to minimize shifting and damage.

- Insuring accuracy of product picked for customer orders.

- Maintaining a clean organized warehouse.

- Perform daily forklift safety checklist.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the Shipping / Warehouse Manager.

What we need:

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

- Proven experience as a forklift operator.

- Attention to detail and familiarity with an industrial warehouse.

- Excellent physical condition and coordination.

- Ability to follow instructions, work independently or as part of a team, and manage time effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to understand and adhere to safety protocols throughout the entire shift.
