2nd Shift Dewax Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a Dewax Operator to join our production team! This position plays a critical role in theDewaxDepartment, operating our Flash Fire Furnace to remove wax from molds and prepare them for casting. The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and dedicated to producing high-quality work in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

- Load and unload molds from the flash fire furnace

- Inspect molds for cracks and seal them to prevent leaks

- Prepare molds for the casting process

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards

- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Department Leader

Requirements

- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred

- Ability to lift and handle a physically demanding workload

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

- Dependable attendance and positive work attitude

- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Schedule

- 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

- Overtime available as needed
