3rd Shift Machine Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery, ensuring high-quality production standards are met. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Duties

- Operate CNC machines and other manufacturing equipment according to specifications.

- Conduct regular inspections of machinery using calipers and other measuring tools.

- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and quality.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.

- Assist in welding tasks as needed, ensuring proper techniques are followed.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is preferred.

- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in machining processes.

- Familiarity with CNC operations and programming is essential.

- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings using CAD software.

- Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers effectively.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.

- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
