Are you a dedicated forestry professional who leads by example and thrives in hands-on environments? Bell is seeking a Yard Supervisor / Wood Procurement Specialist to oversee our production yard operations and contribute to our mission of radically loving and influencing lives.
As Yard Supervisor and Wood Procurement Specialist, you’ll not only supervise operations—you’ll roll up your sleeves and work alongside your team to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient yard production and wood procurement.
Lead daily production yard operations, including logistics, scheduling, staffing, and employee performance management.
Operate heavy equipment (log crane, peeler, front-end loader), grade and frame poles, and step in on yard tasks as needed.
Promote and enforce company safety, environmental, and quality standards through audits, training, and corrective actions.
Mark, cut, and process poles at log landings, ensuring supply quality and consistency.
