Job Description

Provide ground assistance during loading and unloading operations, inventory management, and order preparation.

A qualified candidate must meet the following requirements:

· Ability to work 8 to 10-hour shifts as needed

· Self-starter, team player, and lead by example

· Legally authorized to work in the United States

· Reside within a reasonable distance to Ft. Morgan operations

· Willing to undergo a background check

· Pass a drug screening

· Attention to detail and commitment to safety

Duties for this position include:

· Truck and Railcar unloading ground support

· Truck loading ground support

· Inventory tracking

· Counting and tallying

· Railcar Spotting

· Yard maintenance

· Dispatch and Order Management
