About This Job
Description:
We are looking for a Wiring Technician to join our team in building high-quality electrical panels and equipment for the oil and gas, marine, data centers, and energy industries. You will work with experienced team members to wire and assemble electrical components using drawings and instructions.
Work Schedule:
•
Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:45 PM
•
Occasional Saturdays and overtime required
Key Responsibilities:
•
Wire, assemble, and install electrical components and devices into enclosures based on engineering drawings and instructions.
•
Read and follow electrical schematics to mount and connect control panels, sensors, and other components.
•
Safely use hand tools and equipment like tape measures, drills, crimpers, and pallet jacks.
•
Keep your workspace clean and organized while following all safety rules and procedures.
•
Help pack finished products for shipping.
•
Report missing parts or issues that could delay production or affect quality.
Qualifications:
•
High School Diploma or GED, Required
•
2+ years of experience using hand tools in a skilled trade or manufacturing environment, Required.
•
3+ years' experience with electrical or mechanical assembly, Required.
•
Ability to read and understand basic schematics and instructions.
•
Good communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
•
Comfortable working with your hands and performing physical tasks.
Physical Requirements:
•
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
•
Must be able to bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive hand/arm motions.
•
Must be comfortable working in a typical manufacturing environment.
Requirements:
•
3+ years' experience with electrical or mechanical assembly, Required.
•
High School Diploma or GED, Required
•
2+ years of experience using hand tools in a skilled trade or manufacturing environment, Required.
