ACCIONA Energia is seeking a Wind Farm Site Manager to oversee daily operations at our Dempsey Ridge Wind Farm in Reydon, Oklahoma. This role is responsible for leading technicians and contractors to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of wind turbines.
Supervise and support wind turbine technicians in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities.
Conduct and oversee safety analyses, inspections, and training to maintain compliance with safety standards.
Manage site inventory, budgets, reporting, and documentation related to operations and maintenance.
Represent ACCIONA Energia with local communities, landowners, and regulatory bodies.
Ensure all work adheres to environmental and regulatory standards.

Technical degree or equivalent work experience in wind or energy operations
5+ years of experience in wind or energy O&M, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities
Strong understanding of safety, regulatory, and environmental compliance
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in fast-paced settings

Base Pay: $110,000 – $130,000 based on experience, education and skillset.
15% Annual Performance Bonuses (based on company results and individual performance).
