In the role of Renewable Site Manager, you will assume responsibility for all operational facets on the maintenance and repair of a renewable power plant facility. Your chief priority will be ensuring the team's safety while concurrently focusing on maximizing performance and profitability per the operational framework. This will necessitate devising and executing strategies to elevate maintenance practices, diagnostic capabilities, and overall operational efficiency, resulting in heightened customer satisfaction and reduced service expenditures.
The next Leadership Development Program cohort will begin on September 9, 2025. The candidate selection process will take place throughout July and August. Onboarding will be held at our Renewable Training Center in Iowa for 3 weeks. Once complete, candidates will return home to begin the Leadership Development Program- Wind Operations.
