Welder/Fabricator & Potential Lead - MIG (Steel & Aluminum)

About the Role:

We specialize in the repeat production of a core group of steel and aluminum products. Our ideal candidate is a skilled MIG welder/fabricator with prior leadership or management experience who can help us maintain consistent quality, improve efficiency, and lead a team to meet production goals and deadlines.This is a hands-on role for someone who is not only technically skilled but also willing to step in wherever needed, support the shop team, and drive a collaborative, high-performing environment.
