Welder - Aluminum

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Aluminum Welder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for welding aluminum parts and components with precision and efficiency, adhering to industry standards and safety regulations. The Aluminum Welder will work closely with our engineering and production teams to ensure the timely completion of projects while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.

- Set up welding equipment and select appropriate welding methods based on project requirements.

- Weld aluminum parts and components using various welding techniques, such as TIG and MIG.

- Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

- Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools.

- Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and resolve challenges effectively.

- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Aluminum Welder or similar role.

- Proficiency in welding techniques, including TIG and MIG welding.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to welding operations.

- Welding certification preferred but not required.

- High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
