Weekend Production Operator (Part Time)

Curtis Metal Finishing Company part of PRIMAT Industries - As one of the largest bulk metal finishing operations in the United States, is seeking Production employees to join our weekend team.

Shifts: A or B (24 hrs. Total)

A: Friday 11:00pm - Saturday 11:00am, Saturday 11:00pm - Sunday 11:00am

B: Saturday 11:00am - Saturday 11:00pm, Sunday 11:00am-Sunday 11:00pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures

- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment

- Operate forklift to move product throughout plant.

- Understand and follow all company work procedures that apply to position being performed

- Meet required production rate per line to best of ability

- Follow all quality procedures to ensure we produce a quality product

- Perform daily housekeeping duties (5s)

- Complete daily production documents

- All other duties assigned per Supervisor

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- Able to lift up to 50lbs.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and safely

- Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity.

- Ability to train during the weekdays

Qualifications and Education Requirements

- High School diploma or GED required.

- 6 months – 1-year experience operating a forklift preferred.

- 1+ years’ experience in manufacturing, production other related fields preferred.

- Work authorization: United States (Required) E-VERIFY

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
