Previous experience in Manufacturing or other related field. (1+ years preferred.) Mechanical, Electrical + Troubleshooting experience a plus! Familiarity with manufacturing tools and equipment. Strong critical thinking skills. Ability to communicate effectively. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Good dexterity skills, able to handle precision machined parts. Able to read instructions in English and read documents as small as 8-font size. Position is working 6:00 AM to 6:15 AM, a 2, 3, 2 schedule. Able to sit/stand during an 12-hour shift. Must be authorized to work in the US and pass a preplacement criminal background check and physical screening. *Applicants may start on contingent basis through staffing service. Full-Time, Regular hire date to be determined 90-180 days, based on production and performance.
