Water Well Service Technician

Job Overview

Toy Drilling, LLC is a 4th generation Water Well drilling company out of Distant, PA. We are a growing business that is seeking to hire a punctual, dedicated and hard working individual to join our team.

Duties

- Hook-up of water well from the drilling location to the structure

- Diagnosing issues with water wells, well equipment and treatment systems then accurately repairing the issue

- Installation of new water treatment systems

- Well Cleanouts

- Grouting (Cementing) of holes

- Water sample collections and on-site water testing

- Collaborate with other technicians and departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.

Requirements

- High school diploma or the equivalent to one.

- Valid drivers license

- Electrical Experience

- Plumbing Experience

- Excavation Experience

- Class A CDL

- Ability to lift 75-100 pounds

- Willingness to learn constantly and quickly

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers.

Additional Details

- Normal shifts are 8-10 hours a day; Monday-Friday

- We work year round in various climate conditions

- All employees will start with a 90-day orientation period

- Pay will be determined by the owner based on knowledge, qualifications and experience
