+ Entering Centah leads in Service Titan + Creating Centah lead numbers for AG generated appointments + Completing call Costco leads in Centah + Run payments in OMS + Process Refund forms for Costco payments + Costco job tracking (Excel packet spreadsheet) + Responding to and closing out Costco escalations + Daily Centah audit + Handle customer shop card inquiries
