About the role:

Reporting to the Senior Engineer Supervisor, Water Management, the Water Resource Engineer or Scientist is responsible for supporting the development of an expansion project considering managing field programs, water modelling, water strategy definition, and detailed water management infrastructure design.

To be successful, we are looking for someone with strong influencing and interpersonal skills, who can gain alignment through outstanding relationship building. The successful individual would also have excellent teamwork skills and embody the values of integrity, dedication, innovation, excellence, and respect. Strong communication skills are vital for success, as you will be presenting technical information to a variety of audiences.

In this role, you will get to drive different components of the expansion project and change, owning the process and its successes, and the work you do will ensure the ongoing sustainability of our mine!
