GRAY WATER DISTRICT- Massive oppurtuinty to earn additional on call income

The Gray Water District is looking for a determined individual with a out going personality and a good work ethic to join our operations team. We have a full-time hourly position open and are looking for someone with water experience. Normal working hours are Monday thru Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm with an on-call rotation.

Candidates must have at least a State of Maine Class I Water Operators license and a Maine Driver's license free of violations. Employees are expected to work independently as well as with other operators, the public, contractors, and other municipal organizations in a professional manner. The job duties vary and are inside and outside in all types of weather. Interested candidates should be within a 60-minute radius and be able to work overtime and a on­ call rotation including nights, weekends, holidays and all operation emergencies. This candidate must be licensed and be able to transition to a State of Maine Class II Water Operator license within 2 years of hire.

Computer knowledge is a plus; office software used includes but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and more. Online programs include Google Calendar and SCADA programs.
