Water Plant Operator

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Water Treatment Plant Operator. No prior experience is required — we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this essential role.

As a Water Treatment Plant Operator, you will help ensure the safe and efficient operation of our water treatment systems, contributing to the health and well-being of our community.

Responsibilities:

· Monitor and operate water treatment equipment and systems

· Perform routine inspections and maintenance

· Collect and test water samples

· Record operational data and maintain logs

· Respond to alarms and troubleshoot issues

· Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations

· Grounds maintenance

Qualifactions:

· High school diploma or GED

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

· Willingness to learn and follow procedures

· Basic computer skills

· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions

· Valid driver’s license
