The Wash Associate is responsible for the entire wash process; startup, shutdown, quality tests, maintenance and repair, and must be able to rebuild components as needed. Position may require heavy lifting, bending, twisting, stooping, working at elevated heights, and working outside in all weather conditions. Position requires basic maintenance, equipment operation, and computer skills. An understanding of the mining process to assist when needed is essential.

Job Specific

Running heavy equipment to feed wash system

- Running tests to ensure quality

- Monitoring infeed and outfeed of product

- Operating the wash to maintain up-time

- Performing basic maintenance functions

As a Wash Associate, you’ll play a key role in keeping our wash system running smoothly—from start-up and shutdown to quality testing, monitoring product flow, and handling routine maintenance and repairs. This is a hands-on position that requires mechanical know-how, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work safely in a physically active environment, including lifting, bending, working at heights, and being outdoors in all types of weather. We’re looking for someone with a high school diploma, basic math and computer skills, good communication, and a sharp eye for detail; experience with heavy equipment is a plus.
