The Warehouse Supervisor is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and warehouse safety. They are also responsible for optimizing logistical workflows to ensure the timely and accurate movement of goods from receiving through to final dispatch. This position ensures operational efficiency, and seamless execution of warehouse processes.
· Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse associates and leads.
· Ensure successful execution of shipping, receiving, and logistics functions.
· Maintain physical condition of the warehouse and manage equipment upkeep.
· Manage inventory records, cycle counts, and overall inventory accuracy.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational needs.
· Develop and maintain efficient scheduling based on operational volume.
· Support ERP process improvements and warehouse efficiency initiatives.
· Ensure team compliance with safety protocols and company standards.
· Participate in special inventory projects and vendor return processes.
· Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, including OSHA standards, to maintain a safe and legally compliant workplace.
· Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure materials and inventory levels align with production and customer demands.
· Ensure proper handling, storage, and staging of materials using mechanical tools and equipment to minimize product damage and maximize space utilization.
· Oversee the organization and layout of warehouse space to maximize storage efficiency, streamline product accessibility, and support a clean, hazard-free work environment.
· Coordinate repairs or servicing for mechanical equipment, working with internal maintenance teams or external vendors to reduce downtime and maintain productivity.
· Conduct regular inspections of mechanical systems and warehouse infrastructure, identifying potential hazards or maintenance needs before they impact operations.
· 30-40 Hours per week depending on workload.
· Bi-Weekly pay cycle based on 4 week working week cycle.
