Warehouse Materials Lead

Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm

Overall Responsibility:

The Materials Lead is responsible for overseeing all daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate, efficient, and safe handling of materials and products. This role focuses on daily task assignments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring that all shipments are received, stored, and distributed in alignment with company standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications Experience

High school graduate or GED and at least 1-2 years of warehouse work experience in a production/manufacturing environment or a relevant equivalent experience. Valid drivers license and at least 2 years of driving experience required. At least 1-2 years of shipping/receiving, material handling, and forklift operating experience. At least 1 year of supervisory experience is preferred. Clean driving record is required.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; talk and hear. The employee regularly is required to walk and reach with hands. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Employee frequently uses computer keyboards. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Employee views computer monitor frequently.
