Key Accountabilities
•Contact vendors daily and continuously to determine expected delivery dates for material and engineered drawings
•Work with material coordinators daily to confirm shipping instructions and make sure all material has been received correctly in the field
•Work with vendors to diagnose and correct any QA/QC issues with materials received
•Raise awareness on potential delays and material deviations immediately to Project Team
•Manage and populate Master Material Lists and Procurement Plans for capital projects with updates on delivery dates and provide comments when issues arise
•Strong focus of on-time delivery
•Collaborate with the Project Team on weekly project calls to provide updates on delivery timelines and reminders to Engineering on approval drawings
•Contact vendors, work with Buyers and Category Managers to confirm placed orders, verify supplies, manage supply requisition and communicate with suppliers to determine expected delivery dates and inform Project Managers of potential delays.
•Maintain production schedules for ongoing projects
•Ensure interdepartmental communication for improved coordination of productive operations.
•Monitor project delivery timelines, check work quality against company requirements and specifications and ensure compliance with regulations.
•Collaborate with Project teams for updates on delivery timelines.
•Compile, record and report project performance and progress to management and key stakeholders.
•May perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements
•Education requirement - high school diploma or GED equivalent
•9 years of job-related experience
