We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead all warehousing operations in our drivetrain remanufacturing facility. You will oversee material flow, inventory accuracy, logistics, and team performance—ensuring the warehouse runs safely, efficiently, and in full alignment with production. This is a key leadership role where you’ll directly influence uptime, customer delivery, and the success of our manufacturing operation.
- Lead daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, work order picking, inventory, and shipping.
- Ensure accurate and timely material flow to production lines to avoid downtime.
- Oversee inventory control for raw materials, WIP (work-in-progress), and finished goods.
- Develop, train, and schedule warehouse staff to drive accountability and high performance.
- Partner with production, procurement, and quality teams to align warehouse activities with production schedules.
- Maintain compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Optimize warehouse layout, processes, and material handling for efficiency and space use.
- Ensure proper documentation of shipments, receipts, and adjustments.
- Conduct cycle counts and lead full physical inventories.
- Track and report key performance metrics (inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, stock outs) to leadership.
- Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of warehouse or inventory control experience. - 5+ years of experience supervising or managing employees.- Strong forklift operating experience.
- ERP system expertise (Sage, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables) and strong PowerPoint ability.
- Proven track record of driving warehouse performance and efficiency.
- Strong focus on quality, safety, and customer service.
