Quality Conservation Services (QCS) and its parent company, Free Energy Savings Company, provide free energy conservation improvements to qualified middle- and lower-income households in select California communities under contracts funded by California utilities. We have an immediate employment opening for a Warehouse Associate at our Concord, CA facility. This position requires self-motivation and organization, as well as excellent communication with project directors and warehouse staff at our other Bay Area offices. This position requires driving a company vehicle. A clean driving record is required. Driving on company time is paid.
- Perform inventory functions on a regular basis (counting, tracking, ordering, etc.)
- Create purchase orders as needed for management approval
- Track and update purchase orders, packing slips, and other paperwork associated with warehouse duties.
- Manage spreadsheets with serial numbers for specific parts and equipment
- Help pull stock as needed for installation and inspection crews
- Keep the warehouse and yard clean, neat and organized
- Recycle or otherwise properly dispose of material
- Communicate often and proactively with installation crews, field supervisors, and project directors. Excellent communication skills are essential.

- Experience working in a warehouse
- Knowledge of electrical parts
- Experience tracking inventory and updating warehouse paperwork
- Produce accurate and legible paperwork
- Experience working with Excel or Google Sheets a plus
- Must be able to count
- Must be dependable and reliable
- Clean driving record
- Construction certifications, such as OSHA certifications and forklift certifications, are a plus
