Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative, organized, and hands-on Videographer/Marketing Assistant to support our growing outdoor living company. You will play a key role in capturing and promoting our high-end deck, patio, and outdoor living space projects through compelling visual content and targeted marketing initiatives. This role blends on-site video production with behind-the-scenes marketing support, helping to elevate our brand and drive leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Videography & Photography (60%)
•Capture professional-quality video and photo content of project sites (before, during, and after completion).
•Conduct customer testimonials and team interviews for social media and web content.
•Edit video content for reels, project showcases, YouTube, and paid ads.
•Organize and maintain a library of digital content for easy access.
•Ensure brand consistency across all visual media.
Marketing Support (40%)
•Assist in planning and scheduling social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
•Write captions, blog posts, and short-form content that highlight our value and process.
•Help design basic marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, presentations).
•Support email marketing campaigns, website updates, and ad tracking.
•Monitor engagement and provide performance reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
•Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
•Strong eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency.
•Comfortable using DSLR or mirrorless cameras, gimbals, drones, and mobile devices.
•Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and engagement best practices.
•Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
•Ability to work independently and occasionally in outdoor job site environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Background in marketing, media, communications, or a related field.
•Experience working in construction, architecture, real estate, or a visual/creative industry.
•Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator).
Working Conditions:
•Combination of field and office/remote work.
•Occasional early mornings or late afternoons for optimal filming conditions.
•Must have reliable transportation to job sites.
