•Sales Growth: Lead in achieving revenue targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Foster a culture of sales excellence and customer satisfaction.

•Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, agreements, and partnerships to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company.

Requirements and Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
•Proven track record of at least 10 years in business development, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
