Job Description/Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, maintain, repair and conduct preventive maintenance on all diesel trucks and equipment

Prepare & maintain all maintenance records

Organize and maintain cleanliness of Truck Garage

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or GED required. Prefer technical certification in Truck Repair & Diesel Mechanics.

2. Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in truck repairs, or related field. Must be able to multi-task & have the ability to develop effective working relationships with vendors & suppliers. Must be able to analyze facts and determine action using a range of procedures within limits of standard practice. Good communication skills and some computer skills required to utilize online PM programs as well as computer diesel, hydraulic and or electrical program

Safety:

Must wear all necessary PPE while working, or while in the yard. Follows company safety standards at all times. Failure to follow standards may result in loss of position.

Pay is based on experience, starting at $28/hr
