Summary
Hanwha Qcells Georgia is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Specialist to join our Finance Department. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for candidates who are eager to learn and build a career in finance. This role focuses on managing cash flow and analyzing financial data to achieve financial stability, while minimizing risk. In some part, the specialist will support the team by managing and verifying internal reimbursement requests, organizing payment documentation, and ensuring accurate record-keeping across departments. As you grow in the role, you will also have the chance to gain hands-on experience in Treasury operations, including payment coordination, fund transfers, and cash management.
Responsibilities
- Forecast and manage cash flow to meet short-term and long-term financial needs.
- Develop and implement cash management strategies and policies.
- Collect, review, and organize internal reimbursement documents from departments (invoices, payment requests, supporting evidence).
- Maintain and update reimbursement tracking files and related documentation.
- Assist with monthly closing preparation and payment scheduling.
- Support Treasury activities such as wire transfer requests and fund allocation tracking under team guidance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document management tools.
- Eagerness to learn financial processes and grow within the company.
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team-based, multicultural environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean (preferred).
