Petro-Hunt, L.L.C, a Dallas, Texas mid-sized independent oil and gas exploration company, is seeking a Treasury Analyst for its Uptown Dallas office.

This individual with work closely with our AP team to insure timely and accurate payments. Ideally looking for a motivated team player who is both personable and detail oriented.
- Generate requests for approval of cash transfers among various banks and bank accounts and ensure accuracy.
- Initiate cash movements for wire transfer, ACH, account transfer on bank web portals.
- Monitor invested fund and associated bank account balances.
- Create positive pay data files and upload to banks; decision positive pay exceptions.
- Review prior and current cash positions and balances, create deposits and payment record for daily activity.
- Import daily/weekly/monthly data files from accounting to treasury check print software for processing.
- Assist in general treasury duties with opening and closing bank accounts, completing bank forms, securing signatures and working with bank service reps.
- Post required data to treasury daily cash report.
- Special projects to analyze and improve treasury operations.
- Scan and code electronic payments for document imaging.
- Research and adjust cash transactions posting errors as identified by accounting.
- Associates degree minimum in business/accounting/finance preferred.
- 1-2 years’ experience in treasury, bank operations or related capacity.
- MS Office proficiency and advanced computer skills.
