Summary
Hanwha Qcells Georgia is looking for a Treasury Specialist to support our Finance Department.
This role focuses on managing cash flow and analyzing financial data to achieve financial stability, while minimizing risk. In some part, the work includes collecting and managing Davis-Bacon Act (DBA) compliance documentation for DOE-funded projects — including certified payrolls, wage records, and contractor communications.
It is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both compliance and finance, with potential to develop into Treasury-related responsibilities such as fund transfers, payment coordination, and cash management as you grow in the role.
Responsibilities
- Forecast and manage cash flow to meet short-term and long-term financial needs.
- Develop and implement cash management strategies and policies.
- Collect and review Certified Payroll Reports (CPRs) and wage documentation from contractors and subcontractors.
- Upload and maintain data in LCP Tracker; follow up with vendors who have not submitted required information.
- Communicate with Prevailing Wage Consultants and assist in resolving wage compliance issues.
- Provide bilingual communication (English/Korean) with vendors and internal departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in administration, compliance, or finance support.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency with Excel and document control tools.
- Interest in developing a long-term career in Finance or Treasury.
- Previous exposure to Davis-Bacon or DOE projects preferred but not required.
- Bilingual in English and Korean (preferred).
