Traveling Senior Construction Superintendent - (Industrial & Manufacturing)

Sr. Superintendent (Industrial & Manufacturing) Southeast US Travel

Premier National Builder of large scale manufacturing, clean rooms, cold storage facilities, food & beverage distribution centers and similar sites is seeking an experienced Sr. Superintendent for projects in the Southeast region, primarily Atlanta, GA; Orlando, FL; Charlotte, NC; Greenville, SC; Huntsville, AL; and Nashville, TN. Some travel between job sites is expected.

The valued prospect will demonstrate a minimum of 8-10 years of substantial ground-up building experience with a focus on safety, budget and efficiency. A degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred, but not a requirement. Candidates with a background in structural steel and concrete along with a comfort level in mechanical processes are encouraged to apply. You must be comfortable leading sizable teams of staff and sub-contractors; interfacing with clients; coordinating with municipal and regulatory authorities; and building relationships with key participants.

You must be a team centered operator with a drive to excel. New sites are breaking ground, and it is anticipated that new hires will be made within the next 30-45 days.
