Traveling Superintendent

We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Travelling Superintendents in the United States, based on construction sites particularly in the Northeastern states.

Summary

The Superintendent leads the construction process for large-scale industrial and commercial projects, ensuring all activities align with the established design, budget, and schedule. This role involves planning, scheduling, organizing, directing, and controlling all on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing industrial building projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Who You Are

You have at least 10 years of related or relevant experience as a Superintendent. Specific project experience should include food processing, distribution, big box and warehouse facilities with aggressive schedules. Experience in site development of sites between 15 and 100 acres and working in tight urban core environments would also be relevant to this role.

You have high standards for safety and the well-being of all site workers. You have excellent communication skills and work productively with others.
