Position Summary

McCormick Taylor has an immediate opening for an Entry level or Junior Engineer (Transportation Designer I) to join our Transportation Department in Verona, VA. Projects the candidate may work on include: roadway improvements, intersection design, ADA and pedestrian accommodations, bicycle facility design, trails/greenways, and site improvements, as well as field visits and site investigations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative team environment. We are seeking an individual who can handle multiple projects, meet deadlines and work well in an in-person or hybrid remote office environment. Strong written, interpersonal and oral communication skills, attention to detail and ability to organize are required.
