Urban Engineers is seeking qualified individuals in Pennsylvania, including Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Erie, Allentown, Scranton, Mechanicsburg, State College, and Williamsport to join the Construction Management Department as Transportation Construction Managers (TCM-1 and TCM-2) for highway construction projects. Pay rate depends on TCM experience level.
