Transformation Lead

to support our North American operations by identifying opportunities, leading strategic initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and has a talent for influencing and mentoring others.

What You’ll Do

- Collaborate with workstream members to identify and capture opportunities for transformation

- Prioritize and execute improvement initiatives aligned with key business objectives

- Engage with workstreams to optimize overall North American transformation efforts

- Assist in managing the workstream’s project portfolio, including status reporting and benefit tracking

- Serve as a change leader by removing barriers and managing risks to ensure milestone completion

- Apply change management processes, practices, and methodologies consistently

- Conduct formal assessments and informal visits to share best practices and incorporate key learnings

- Act as a liaison between workstreams and monitor dependencies across interrelated projects

- Mentor and coach employees to enhance their ability to implement transformation initiatives effectively

What You’ll Need

- Bachelor’s degree

- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience

- Demonstrated leadership skills and a positive, professional attitude

- Experience analyzing trends, drawing conclusions, and influencing data-driven decisions

- Prior experience leading change or continuous improvement initiatives

- Communicate effectively and use fact-based arguments to influence change across all levels

- Drive accountability and consensus to support strategic priorities

- Understand problem-solving techniques, plant processes, and performance metrics

- Facilitate discussions and identify root causes of operational challenges

- Manage multiple projects independently and motivate diverse teams

- Adapt to autonomous environments and perform at a high level

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Bonus Points If You Have The Following

- Experience working in an industrial setting

- Formal training in Change Management or Continuous Improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, SCRUM)

- Familiarity with plant operations software (PI, OIS, MOIS) and statistical analysis tools (Minitab)
