- Facilitate new employee orientations and onboarding

- Develop and deliver job-specific training for field personnel at all levels

- Operate rig training equipment (drilling experience preferred)

- Collaborate with other trainers to update and improve course content

- Partner with 3rd-party training providers to ensure high-quality course offerings

- Special projects as assigned

- Support field and shop locations across Canada, with travel up to 20%

What We Need From You

- Working knowledge of drilling equipment (Alpha A&N knowledge an asset)

- High school diploma or equivalent; secondary education is an asset

- Valid driver’s license and clean abstract

- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SuccessFactors, and SharePoint

- Strong motivation to expand and develop training skills
