A Day in the Life

- Coordinate recruitment and staffing for site-based positions

- Attract and recruit top talent through resume review, sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and assessments in partnership with hiring managers

- Present job offers to qualified candidates and guide them through the hiring process

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the ATS, ensuring a professional candidate experience

- Coordinate interviews and communicate results to applicants

- Compile and share weekly recruitment statistics and insights

- Support internal HR processes and contribute to recruitment strategy improvements

- Represent PTW at job fairs, networking events, and on social media to promote our employer brand

Experience Requirements

- Previous experience in a similar recruitment role within the construction or industrial trades sector

- Strong time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- A collaborative team player who can also work independently

Special Conditions of Employment

- Must have experience as a Trades Recruiter

- Knowledge of the Alberta market is essential

- Knowledge of the BC and Saskatchewan markets is an asset
