We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Torque and Test Operator/Valve Technician to join our operations team. This multi-skilled role is responsible for the assembly, torquing, pressure testing, inspection, and repair of oil field equipment and valves to ensure operational safety and reliability.

Responsibilities

- Operate gauges on pump/pressure system and be capable of moving large hoses and equipment.

- Check pipe and get all pipe specs and torques from customer representative.

- Pressure Testing (Wellheads, Flow Lines, BOP’s, Etc.) &Hydraulic Torque Wrenching (All applications–Production & Completions)

- Load, unload, and identify materials, machinery, and tools, and distribute them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans and specifications

- Tend to pumps, compressors, & generators to provide power for tools, machinery, & equipment, or to heat & move materials

- Disassemble, inspect, service, and reassemble valves and related equipment according to OEM and company procedures.

- Document all valve service work, parts used, and test results accurately on service reports and maintenance records.

- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with relevant regulations.

- Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to coordinate testing schedules and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Maintain work areas, tools, and equipment in clean, organized, and operational condition at all times.
