Tool/ Packer Hand

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Tool/Packer Hand to join our team. This position supports both shop and field operations, with a primary focus on the assembly, redress, setting, and release of packers, Slimlines, and Baker TACs. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience and a strong understanding of downhole tool operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform setting and releasing of packers in the field.

- Build, redress, and test packers, Slimlines, and Baker TACs in the shop.

- Maintain tools and ensure equipment is in proper working condition.

- Accurately track inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to the Inventory Specialist.

- Assist with loading/unloading equipment for field jobs.

- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures at all times.

- Keep accurate records of jobs completed and maintenance performed.

- Work collaboratively with both field and shop teams to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications:

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with packers preferred.

- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with tools and heavy equipment.

- Willingness to work in both shop and field environments, including travel as needed.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record .
