Tool & Die Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily tool room operations, including tooling maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

- Collaborate with Engineering, Technical, Maintenance, and Production to support launches and process improvements.

- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are developed and followed to maximize tool life and minimize unplanned downtime.

- Lead, coach, and develop Tool Makers, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

- Monitor tool room performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Maintain compliance with safety and environmental standards in all tool and die activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Technical diploma or apprenticeship in Tool & Die, Mold Making, or related field.

- Proven leadership experience in tool and die management within an automotive or high-volume manufacturing environment.

- Strong knowledge of toolmaking processes, machining, and precision measurement.

- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
