Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Tile Installer to join our growing construction team. The ideal candidate has experience installing a variety of tile types (ceramic, porcelain, stone) in both residential and commercial settings with a strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Responsibilities:
•
Measure and cut tiles accurately
•
Prepare surfaces for tiling (cleaning, leveling, waterproofing)
•
Install tiles using appropriate adhesive and spacing techniques
•
Grout and finish tile installations cleanly
•
Ensure all work meets high quality standards and deadlines
Requirements:
•
2+ years of tiling experience preferred
•
Proficient with tile cutters, wet saws, and layout tools
•
Strong work ethic and punctuality
•
Ability to read blueprints a plus
•
MUST have reliable transportation and basic tiling tools
•
MUST be able to travel to and from jobs within a 50 miles radius of downtown St. Petersburg
