Position Summary:

We’re seeking a skilled Stainless TIG Welder / Fabricator to join our team. This position includes both shop and field work, focusing on sanitary stainless steel welding and fabrication for commercial and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

•

TIG weld stainless steel to food-grade and sanitary standards

•

Fabricate and assemble components per blueprints and specs

•

Perform high-quality welds with strong visual finish

•

Work in both controlled shop environment and on-site field locations

•

Maintain safety and cleanliness standards on all jobs

•

Collaborate with team and supervisors to complete projects on time

Qualifications:

•

3+ years TIG welding and fabrication experience (stainless preferred)

•

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

•

Experience with sanitary welding and food-grade applications is a plus

•

Willing to travel for field assignments

•

Strong attention to detail and quality

•

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

•

Weld test required prior to hire

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
