Skill Set

- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.

- Good communication skills in English to work with headquarter management team.

- Good communication skills to work with customers during witness tests.

- Good management skills to lead the test facility team and run daily operation.

- Experience in burner, flare or thermal oxidizer/boiler design and test is preferred.

- Bachelor degree of Mechanical, energy engineering or chemical process

- 5+ years working experience in petroleum industry and oil/gas/refinery/ chemical production company, test laboratory or equal experience;

- Good leadership capability;

- Good at English writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

- According to the company's product R&D and project tasks, This role is accountable for leading the test facility team and daily management of testing tasks.

- Focus on HSE, operation, planning, people and finance book for test facility in Shanghai;

- Delivery testing task on time with high quality per product line request, handle with customer witness;

- Support the company's R&D experiment tasks;

- Other duties as assigned

¥400,000 - ¥500,000 a year
