We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Territory Sales Manager to grow and manage business in the Oregon and Northern California region. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, expanding relationships with current customers, and representing our company as a trusted partner in the plastics, urethane, and rubber industry.
The selected candidate MUST reside in Pacific Northwest region of the US to travel to and from customer sites. Experience in the industry is essential!
- Identify, prospect, and open doors to new pipeline accounts for Molded Dimensions substrates (Urethane, Rubber, Injection molded plastics) in accordance with customer profile targeted verticals
- Generate and execute sales plans with new and existing customers to meet defined sales revenue targets.
- Facilitate customer meetings – in person and/or virtually using current online presentation applications.
- Work closely with existing and prospective customers to understand their business needs, new products, developing innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales within assigned territory.
- Support RFQs (request for quotation) management for Tooling & Production parts to include components, resin research, 2nd ops/assembly, pad printing, packaging, and other materials pertaining to customer quotes.
- New Product Kick-Off Introduction: Organize data/information and coordinate new project introductions to ensure clean hand-off to Technical/Production/Quality teams.
- Grow and maintain $3,000,000 prospect pipeline of new customers and projects within 6 months
- Work together with Business Development team to achieve monthly sales targets per month from new customers (tooling & production) (i.e. $125,000 per month)
- RFQ Submittals (Tooling and/or Production) minimum $50,000 per month
- Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism

- Bachelors Degree and 5 years experience in Business / Technical Sales / Business Development

- Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
