Temporary Branch Administrator

Bidell Gas Compression is a well-established natural gas compression manufacturing company with Parts & Service locations throughout Western Canada and NW US that offer 24/7 technical support.

We have a current opening for a Temporary Branch Administrator for Medicine Hat based out of our Redcliff, Alberta Parts and Service branch.

Responsibilities:

Branch Administration

· Perform receptionist duties

· Hourly Time entry.

· Maintain General Filing

· Branch Invoicing of Service Orders.

· Deal with timesheet concerns and issues.

· Comply with all company policies

· Follow the overall Health and Safety Policies and Procedures

· General office administration.

· Follow the overall Health and Safety Policies and Procedures

· Safety Documentation

o Safety Minutes

o Booking safety training

o Recording all safety documents
