Telemarketer Representative

The Company:

MGM Energy is a contractor specializing in HVAC, plumbing, energy conservation, and electrical services. We also participate in the Energy Saving Assistance Program sponsored by Southern California Edison, Southern California Gas Company, Southwest Gas, and Bear Valley Electric.

Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to generate leads by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. The Telemarketer will influence existing or potential customers to participate in the free Energy Savings Assistance Program sponsored by Southern California Gas Company, Southern California Edison, Southwest Gas, and Bear Valley Electric. A successful outreach telemarketer/ lead generator must be friendly and persuasive, understand the customer's requirements quickly, and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints. The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company's clientele.

Pay: From $16.50- $18.00 per hour with Production Bonus
