As we continue to expand, we are looking for a results-driven Telecom Representative to join our account management and sales team and play a key role in our ongoing success.
As a Telecom Representative, you will gain hands-on experience in sales and client management, building client relationships, and improving sales revenue. We will provide comprehensive training that is aimed to give you a good foundation in account management, direct selling techniques, negotiation, and business development to set you up for career growth.
Responsibilities of a Telecom Representative:
•Interact with customers to promote our client’s products and services that are tailored to their needs and offer personalized solutions to improve their daily lives
•Stay informed on all products, services, and promotions to promote their value and increase sales opportunities effectively
•Attend meetings with the senior management and sales team leads and other Telecom Representatives to collaborate on improving marketing strategies and contribute to improving sales campaigns to drive account performance
•Assist in providing top-notch customer service with escalated customer issues by identifying customers' questions and concerns and offering solutions in a professional manner
•Keep up-to-date records of sales transactions and customer interactions to monitor account sales performance and ensure a smooth enrollment process and customer satisfaction
Qualifications of an Telecom Representative:
•A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required
•Prior experience in customer service, marketing, and sales or a leadership role is strongly preferred
•Strong leadership and effective problem-solving skills
•Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment
•Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills
•Show the ability to consistently meet/exceed sales goals
