An overview of your future role at BBA
Join BBA and leverage your skills by working closely with the Director, Legal Affairs, and the team. You’ll draft, analyze and comment on contractual agreements. You’ll also manage external consultant contracts. In addition, you’ll be responsible for completing the renewal of BBA’s commercial and professional insurance and will participate in managing work permits related to immigration and foreign assignments.
An overview of your mandates and responsibilities
- Prepare, analyze and review a variety of documents, including contractual agreements
- Complete the renewal of the firm's commercial and professional insurance policies and produce insurance certificates for business operations
- Manage external consultant contracts, including preparing contracts and tracking renewals
- Actively support the HR team with various tasks, including managing work permits and visas for new hires and international assignments
- Help manage the internal mobility process for employees on international assignments
- Perform all other related tasks
