Role
Looking for a passionate and committed Technical Sales member to become a part of our energetic AcuCloud team. As a Technical Sales team member, you will play a key role in building and nurturing strong connections with our clients, guaranteeing they receive full benefit from our offerings. This position is crucial in our dedication to customer happiness and the expansion of long-standing accounts.
Responsibilities
•Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels and client retention.
•Proactively oversee the onboarding and implementation process for new clients, facilitating a seamless transition and successful integration of AcuCloud solutions.
•Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion and upselling, contributing to an increase in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
•Regularly evaluate client needs and feedback, serving as the client's advocate to internal teams for ongoing enhancement of products and services.
•Act as main contact for clients/accounts assigned to you to ensure customer satisfaction throughout there subscription term
•Conduct strategic client meetings weekly, focused on understanding their challenges and aligning AcuCloud solutions with their objectives.
•Collaborate with the Product & Engineering teams to relay client feedback and influence the development of new features and enhancements.
•Provide technical guidance and assistance throughout the sales process, collaborating closely with the sales team on proposal development and demonstrations.
•Take the lead in resolving any client issues or concerns, ensuring prompt and efficient resolutions.
•Provide technical support to client around AcuCloud to ensure that their user experience is of high quality.
Qualifications And Attributes
•Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering; advanced degree preferred.
•2 to 5 years of experience in technical consulting, sales engineering, solutions engineering, software implementation, or onboarding.
•Proven ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level.
•Experience in a startup environment is highly desirable.
•Familiarity with energy metering, building science, systems, controls, iot and new technologies.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
•Excellent collaboration and team-working abilities.
•Tech-savvy with a passion for technological innovation and industry impact.
•CEM or CMVP credentials would be an asset
