This is a hybrid role, with remote work as the primary arrangement and one required in-office day per week

Key Responsibilities

- Review inspection reports for accuracy and compliance with program requirements

- Verifying the accuracy and quality of completed work within the reports

- Provide clear, professional responses to customer and contractor emails

- Attend virtual meetings with internal staff and external partners

- Maintain accurate records and documentation in company systems

- Be able to navigate various databases and systems

- Collaborate with team members to support continuous program improvements

- Occasionally assist with program tabling events on an as-needed basis

Requirements

- Five or more years of experience in energy efficiency or a related trade, such as Electrical, HVAC, Residential Construction, Insulation, Solar, or Building Energy Modeling.

- Strong computer skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (or similar programs).

- Excellent skills in technology, documentation, communication, and organization.

- Preferred Certifications (training provided if needed):

- Building Performance Institute (BPI) Building Analyst

- Envelope Professional (or BA-P/BA-T)

- BPI Energy Analyst

- BPI Quality Control Inspector

- Ability to pass a background check.

- High school diploma/GED required.

Qualifications

- Must be located in Connecticut, as one in-office day is required per week

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Adept at computers and learning new software platforms

- Ability to manage workload independently in a remote environment

- Prior experience in energy efficiency, inspections, or quality assurance is required
